The heart of Rome is transformed into an open-air art gallery, organized by Stefano Favaretto and Paolo Ferigo, and I am proud to announce that my work “Redenzione” will be part of this extraordinary experience. From February 19 to 23, Piazza del Popolo will become a living digital canvas, where art and spirituality will merge in a unique dialogue with the public.
“Art on Plaza,” sponsored by the Pontifical Academy of Theology and the Church of the Artists, represents an innovative breakthrough in the way contemporary sacred art is experienced. Digital works will be projected directly onto the pavement of the plaza, creating an immersive experience that allows visitors to become an integral part of the installation.
My work “Redenzione” will be part of this innovative digital exhibition. Thanks to the special exhibition mode of “Art on Plaza,” visitors will have a unique experience walking on the projections of the works, thus becoming part of the installation itself.
The opening was held on Wednesday, February 19 at 6:30 pm at the Church of the Artists. I invite you to participate in this unique event, where you will experience a new way of experiencing sacred art, in a context that, as Monsignor Antonio Staglianò points out, creates a space for spirituality and contemporary culture to meet.
The projections will be visible every evening from 7 to 11 p.m. until Feb. 23, transforming one of Rome's most iconic squares into an artistic and spiritual experience.
