Corporate Photographer for Businesses in Milan
I photograph companies, professional practices, and teams in Milan, Bollate, and across Lombardy: corporate portraits, workplace environments, offices, plants, and job sites. Before I shoot, I take the time to understand how you actually work, so the images speak to your business instead of looking like an anonymous office pulled from a stock library.
My approach to corporate photography
The request I hear most often, before a corporate shoot, is almost always the same: no lined-up office photos with everyone smiling at the camera on cue. It's a fair concern — that kind of image is easy to spot from a mile away, and it's usually the first thing a client or job candidate scrolls past.
That's why, before I even pick up the camera, I ask how your space is organized, what you actually do day to day, and which details are worth showing. The shoot starts there — with your real business — not with a fixed formula I repeat with every company I photograph.
I'm based in Bollate and work across Milan and Lombardy, for companies, professional practices, and teams that need images for their website, LinkedIn, or communication materials. If you're looking for a service built around a personal profile instead, take a look at my photography service for influencers and content creators.
"I don't shoot the handshake in front of the logo. I photograph how you work when no one's telling you to smile — that's what makes a company believable in a photo, before it ever shows up in a meeting." David Golzio
What you can capture with a corporate photography service
The Business package runs 2 hours and is built together, before the shoot: some clients just need team portraits, others want the workplace documented, and some prefer to split the time between both. Here are the three most requested directions.
Corporate Portraits & Team
Individual or group portraits, built for your website, LinkedIn, and communication materials. We work on expression, posture, and consistency across the team, so the photos read as one cohesive project instead of shots taken at different times. Part of the Business Photographer package.
Workplace & Reportage
Office, plant, lab, or job site: if your work looks better in motion than in a posed portrait, that's where it makes sense to shoot. Machinery, materials, technical gestures — the real setting says more than a plain backdrop. Part of the Business Photographer package.
Product & Detail Shots
Tools, materials, details of the production process: still-life shots that round out the story and work well alongside portraits, for more complete content across your website and social channels. Part of the Business Photographer package.
David Golzio — photographer based in Bollate & Milan
I live and work in Bollate, just outside Milan. I've been a photographer since 2016, and in recent years I've worked more and more with companies, professional practices, and teams that need real images for their website, LinkedIn, or a brochure. I won't ask you to line up in front of a logo with a polite smile: I look for the right way to show how you actually work, whether that's in the office, on the production floor, or on a job site.

What makes the images I shoot for companies believable
- I understand your company before I shoot — Before the shoot, we talk through how your space is set up, what you do day to day, and what's actually worth showing. The session starts there, not from a fixed formula I repeat with every client.
- Photos built for where you'll use them — Vertical for LinkedIn, horizontal for the website, formats for brochures and presentations: I frame each shot knowing exactly where it will end up, not just "nice pictures" to crop later.
- Commercial usage rights included — Every package includes the right to use the images on your website, social channels, communication materials, and internal presentations, no extra permissions to chase down afterward.
- Comfortable even if your team isn't used to posing — Most of the people I photograph at a company don't do this for a living. We start with simple, easy shots, then I make room for how you actually move and work.
- Careful, image-by-image editing — No blanket filter applied to the whole shoot: light, color, and detail are adjusted image by image, so the result looks like you, not mass-produced.
- Delivery in 10-15 business days — A private link with the selected, edited photos, ready to download in multiple resolutions for your website, LinkedIn, or print.
Where we shoot: locations for a corporate photography service
A corporate portrait and a plant reportage don't happen in the same place. Here's where I most often take clients, and which type of content each location suits best.
Your office or headquarters
The most natural location is often the one you already know: your desk, the meeting room, the common areas. For corporate portraits and team photos, it's almost always the most believable setting. Best for Corporate Portraits & Team.
Plant, lab, or job site
If your work happens on the production floor or on a job site, that's where it makes sense to tell the story: machinery, materials, and technical gestures that a photo studio just can't capture the same way. Best for Corporate Reportage.
Coworking space or urban backdrop
For those working from a coworking space or without a fixed office, Milan offers modern backdrops — glass, geometry, natural light — that read as dynamic without feeling staged. Best for Professionals & Firms.

Service area: Milan, Bollate and Lombardy
My studio is in Bollate, but most sessions take place within a radius that covers Milan and its province. If you already have a specific location in mind — office, plant, job site — I'll work there without issue; otherwise, we'll figure out together what fits your content best. For towns farther out, or for work outside Lombardy, the travel fee is always spelled out clearly in the quote before anything is confirmed.
Bollate, Milan, Rho, Garbagnate Milanese, Novate Milanese, Monza, Como, Bergamo, Varese, Pavia. On request: services outside the region as well.
Also for freelancers and independent professionals
Many of the projects I take on for companies start from the same needs as freelancers and content creators: a consistent image, built around how you actually work, not a formula repeated with everyone. If you're looking for a service built around a personal profile instead of a team, check out the photography service for influencers and content creators.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a corporate photography service in Milan cost?
The Business package starts at €550 for 2 hours, at your location. For larger teams, multiple locations, or a full day, I offer a Custom Photography Project with a tailored quote. Message me with the details and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
How far in advance should we book?
I'd recommend at least two weeks' notice, especially if the shoot covers multiple departments, locations, or a full day.
Do you shoot plants, job sites, or industrial environments?
Yes. A good share of the corporate work I do happens right in production facilities, labs, or on job sites — settings that tell the story of the work better than a photo studio can.
Can we get team portraits and workplace photos in the same session?
Yes, both can be split across the 2-hour Business package, we'll decide priorities together before the shoot. For bigger needs, the Custom Photography Project allows more time for each part.
Can we use the photos on our website, LinkedIn, and in our marketing materials?
Yes. Commercial usage is included in every package at no extra cost: you can use the images on your website, social channels, brochures, and internal presentations.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Up to 7 days before, full refund. Between 7 and 3 days before, 30% of the total is retained. Within the last 72 hours, 50%. Rescheduling is free with at least 72 hours' notice; under 72 hours, a 15% surcharge may apply. For specific situations, message me directly on WhatsApp.
How many photos will we get at the end of the session?
The number depends on the length of the session — either way, you'll get a selection of the best images, already edited and ready to publish, not the raw files straight off the camera.
Do you shoot outside Milan?
Yes, I work throughout the province of Milan and across Lombardy. For work outside the region, only a travel fee is added, clearly stated in the quote.
Do you also shoot product photography for a catalog or e-commerce?
The Business package includes detail shots and tools in their real setting, useful for telling the product's story alongside the company. For a more structured product catalog, with a neutral background and studio setup, message me and we'll work out the best solution together.
