Cancellation Policy

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client and photographer David Golzio Fotografia with regard to wedding photography services. By confirming the booking, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. 1. Cancellation by the Client Up to 90 days before the date of the event: full refund of any sums already paid, net of any bank or administrative charges. Between 90 and 30 days before the event: a penalty of 30% of the total amount will be retained for the reserved date. Between 30 and 7 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be retained. In the last 7 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount will be retained, as it is impossible to replace the service at such short notice. 2. Rescheduling It is possible to request free rescheduling of the service with at least 30 days' notice. For changes requested between 30 and 7 days before the event, a surcharge of 15% of the total amount may be applied. For requests made within 72 hours prior to the event, rescheduling is not guaranteed and, if accepted, will incur a surcharge of 30% of the total amount. 3. Force Majeure In the event that it is impossible to perform the service due to force majeure (e.g., serious unforeseen circumstances, illness, natural disasters, legal restrictions, inability to travel beyond the photographer's control), the following options will be offered to the customer: Rescheduling of the service to a new date, at no additional cost; Full refund of amounts already paid, if rescheduling is not possible. The photographer also undertakes, where possible, to propose a qualified professional replacement for the original date. 4. Delivery of Images The final photographs will be delivered within 90 days of the date of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery will be via a secure link on a cloud platform (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar). The customer will have the right to download and store the images independently. The photographer does not guarantee storage beyond 6 months from delivery. 5. Payments At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total value of the service is required as a confirmation deposit. The balance must be paid no later than the date of delivery.
